How about staying underwater twice as long as everybody else? Or what about doing four dives in one day, and still not feel tired? Nitrox might just be your thing. By using more oxygen in your breathing mix, you will extend your bottom times and get more opportunities to get the awesome photograph you've been waiting for when everybody else has to head off to the safety stop.

During the course, you will understand the theory behind enriched air, as well as learning how to plan your own dives with the help of dive tables, formulas and your dive computer. You will also take a look at how compressors work to blend that mix and how to analyse your tank.

This course is usually offered  in-line with our PADI Wreck course, enabling you to explore that historic ship wreck with more bottom time. If you wish to do this course without the Wreck course, all that is required is a few hours of theory and 2 open water dives.

• Minimum Age: 15 years
• Prerequisite: PADI Open Water Diver or other qualifying certification.
• Includes Enriched air fills, PADI manuals & slates

NOTE:  This course can be run in conjunction with the PADI Wreck course, the last 2 dives of the Wreck course will be completed using Nitrox.
